Fergal Cox

With a deep, sonorous voice and articulate guitarmanship, Fergal Cox was one of the standout performers at the first Songwriter Showcase. His gentle musicality is offset by poignant lyrical content and strong vocals. Fergal keeps himself busy writing and recording constantly at his home studio. He performs under the stage name Sunny.

What Inspired you to write: The expressiveness of music; listening to the way artists like Jeff Buckley and Nick Drake were able to express themselves through music.

Other: Fergal is currently working on home recordings and planning to tour Ireland.
